Moscow, 19Β November 2009:Β OJSC Polyus Gold announces that, following relevant notification, it has been informed of the intention ofΒ companies related toΒ Onexim and NaftaΒ MoskvaΒ to sell up to 5%Β in aggregateΒ of shares in the charter capital ofΒ OJSCΒ Polyus Gold, in the form of shares and/orΒ American Depositary Receipts, subject to market conditions, through an accelerated book building process.
Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) LimitedΒ are acting as Joint Bookrunners on the offering.
