Directorate change

PipeHawk is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Williams as independent Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Tim has a broad 30-year background in global blue-chip companies operating in the manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and accident management services and has held a number of senior human resources positions. In the period from 2005 to 2021, Tim was Group HR Director at Redde Northgate plc.

Gordon Watt, Chairman of PipeHawk plc commented:
