Pantheon International Plc announces that on 8 December 2023 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each (Shares) on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
