Statement on SVB
The Board of Pantheon International Plc notes the recent events concerning Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), including the joint announcement by the US Department of the Treasury, Federal Reserve, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on 12 March that all deposits held at SVB will be guaranteed, as well as the news of 13 March that the UK arm of SVB has been purchased by HSBC UK.
Importantly, neither the Company nor Pantheon has any credit or deposit facilities with SVB directly. In addition, the Company does not have any investment in SVB stock.
Pantheon is actively engaging with the Company's underlying managers, including all of the key venture capital relationships, to continue to closely monitor the situation.
