Grant of Options
Plant Impact plc (AIM:PIM), a developer of technologies that improve crop productivity, announces that on 5 August 2009 it granted a total of 1,881,789 options over ordinary shares in the Company of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to directors and employees under the Company's share option scheme. These options are exercisable between 7 August 2011 and 7 August 2019 at a price of 30 pence per share. Included in the options granted are those granted to the directors of Plant Impact, as follows:-
