Blocklisting Update
Produce Investments plc, (AIM:PIL) ("Produce," "Company" or the "Group"), a leading operator in the fresh potato and daffodil sectors, sets out below a final interim review of its blocklisting of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which was announced on 15 March 2011 (the "Blocklisting"). The Company also confirms that no further Ordinary Shares will now be allotted pursuant to this Blocklisting and this Blocklisting is hereby cancelled.

In addition, the Company announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for a new blocklisting of 2,000,000 Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Company Share Option Plan, Senior Executive Incentive Plan, the Long-Term Incentive Plan and the Save As You Earn Scheme.
On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. It is expected that the blocklisting will become effective on 27 June 2018.
