PIK Group merges its industrial plants DSK-2 and DSK-3 into one business unit
LONDON, June 18 2013 - PIK Group, a leading Russian residential developer, announces that two of its Moscow based industrial housing plants, DSK-2 and DSK-3, have merged into one business unit. The new name for the industrial unit is JSC РIK-Industries.
The integration project is part of an operational efficiency improvement programme approved by the Group Board of Directors in July 2012. This merge will save the Group approximately 1.5 bln rubles per annum. The free space from one of the industrial plants will be used for a new development project which will house a total area of over 200,000 square metres.
