MOSCOW, September 15, 2016 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK) announces that it hascompleted the placement of its bonds of the BO-01 (ID #4B02-01-01556-A),BO-02 (ID #4B02-02-01556-A) and BO-03 (ID #4B02-03-01556-A) series. Theplacement was performed by the means of open subscription. The number of bonds amounted to 9,000,000 pieces with the total nominalvalue of 9,000,000,000 rubles. The maturity of the papers is ten years. Thecoupon rate of the bonds is 13% per year, which corresponds to a sum of64.82 rubles for each paper issued. Coupon frequency is once every sixmonths. JSC 'VTB Capital' acted as the manager of the placement Proceeds from the placement will be used for financing the development ofthe current Company activities.
