Alexander Titov appointed PIK Group's

Vice President for Economics and Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Moscow, 21 January 2015 - PIK Group (LSE:PIK) announces that Alexander Titov has been promoted to a position of Vice President for Economics and Finance - Chief Financial Officer, effective from 19 January 2015. Mr.Titov previously held various senior finance positions at PIK Group since 2006, including Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Controller. In his role as the Chief Financial Officer he will be responsible for a broad range of functions including accounting & reporting, capital management, corporate finance and investor relations.

Andrey Rodionov, who held the position of Vice President for Economics and Finance since 2010, has resigned from PIK Group to pursue other business interests.

Biography of Alexander Titov

Alexander Titov, 38, has an extensive management experience in the financial sector. Alexander joined PIK in 2006 and before being assigned his current position he held the positions of Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Controller. In 2003-2006 Mr. Titov held various managing positions in the finance and economics department of JSC "Sokolsky DOK". In 1998-2003 he worked in finance and economics department of "Verhnevolgopromventilyatsiya"

Alexander graduated from Vologda Polytechnic Institute with a degree in economic engineering.
