The 293 hectare land plot was acquired for approximately US$ 63.3 millionthrough an auction tender. The site is located in a developing part of Omsk andis intended for development as a township with an estimated 2.5 million squaremeters of net sellable area. PIK will also provide the necessary infrastructure,such as schools, kindergarten and internal roads. Omsk is a city of over a million people, situated in southwest Siberia. PIK hasalready been operating in the area for over a year, and has developed variousresidential projects, including the "Continental" and "Crystal of Omsk"developments, with a total area of approximately 1 million square. metres.
