Photo-Me, the instant-service equipment group, was notified today that Mr Stéphane Gibon, Chief Financial Officer for the Company, bought 160,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 October 2020 at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share.
Mr Gibon is interested in 300,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.079 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The total number of voting rights in the Company is 378,011,637.
