Robert Lowes, FCA, currently the Company Secretary, who has been with theCompany for 27 years, has joined the Board as an interim Director and interimFinance Officer, reporting to Jean-Luc Peurois (Group Finance Director), whoremains on sick leave. Del Mansi, a solicitor who is currently the In-house Counsel, becomes interimCompany Secretary. The Board is actively seeking to recruit new independent non-executiveDirectors, in order to be fully compliant with the Combined Code.
