Board change

Françoise Coutaz-Replan has tendered her letter for retirement from her executive role as Group Finance Director of the Company with effect from today, August 27th, 2015. It is intended, however, that going forward, Ms Coutaz-Replan will continue as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Gabriel Pirona has been appointed as Interim Finance Director although he will not join the Board at this time. Mr. Pirona will benefit from the continued availability of Ms Coutaz-Replan in a supportive handover role in addition to her role as a non-executive director.

Further to the recent notice to shareholders in relation to the Company's AGM to be held on 21 October 2015, Ms Coutaz-Replan still intends to offer herself for re-election but in the role of non-executive director as opposed to Finance Director.
