Photo-Me International PLC23 May 2005 PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC Changes in non-executive Board PMI, the digital imaging company, announces the appointment of Hugo Swire MP asa non-executive Director with effect from 1 June 2005, replacing David Scotland,on his resignation. Hugo Swire Hugo Swire, aged 45, has been Conservative Member of Parliament for East Devonsince 2001 and is the Shadow Minister for the Arts. Outside Parliament, Mr Swireis a consultant to Aon Limited. Prior to entering Parliament, Mr Swire served inthe Armed Forces, worked in Independent Television, was the first Head ofDevelopment at the National Gallery and, latterly, was involved in businessdevelopment for Sothebys, London. Welcoming Hugo Swire to the Board, PMI's Chairman, Vernon Sankey, said "We aredelighted to have Hugo Swire join the Board. He brings to PMI considerable andrelevant experience, both in the UK and in the Far East". Other than as noted above, there are no details to be disclosed pursuant toparagraphs 6.F.2. (a) to (g) of The Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority. David Scotland David Scotland was elected to the PMI Board in 2001 and is a member of the Auditand Remuneration Committees. He is an executive Director of Allied Domecq and anon-executive Director of Brixton and, since February 2005, Inchcape. Vernon Sankey said "I would like to thank David both on behalf of the Companyand personally for the tremendous contribution he has made to Photo-MeInternational over the past four years.
