1 March 2012 PHSC PLC Director Shareholding

PHSC plc ("the Company"), a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services to the public and private sectors, announces that on 28 February 2012 Stephen King, CEO of the Company, purchased 62,000 ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 16.5pence per share via his SIPP. Simultaneously, Mr King disposed of 62,000 ordinary shares in the Company in a personal capacity, also at 16.5pence per share. Mr King's interest in the Company's equity remains unchanged at 3,103,100 ordinary shares or 29.89%.
