The Company announces that on 29 March 2023, Quentin Zentner, General Counsel and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities "PDMR" exercised and sold their nil-cost options of ordinary shares of ÂŁ0.10 each in the Company under the Deferred Bonus Share Scheme (DBSS) granted on 13 March 2020.Â

Vesting of these options was subject to a three-year holding period in respect of the deferred bonus for the 2019 financial year to 31 December 2022. The options become exercisable for up to six- months with effect from 13 March 2023.Â
