Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The PDMR below was granted an award under the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") in 2013 over Ordinary Shares of €0.0001 each fully paid in the Company. The 2013 LTIP has now vested and participants are now able to exercise.
