Phoenix Group Holdings - Board Change
Phoenix Group Holdings ("Phoenix") announces that Manjit Dale has decided not to seek re-election at the Phoenix Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2014 and so will resign from the Board on that date.
Howard Davies, Phoenix Chairman, commented: "After nine years with the Group, Manjit Dale has decided to step down from the Board. I would like to thank Manjit for his enormous contribution to the Group and on behalf of all of the Board, I would like to wish him well."
