Update: Buyback, Disposal and Share Consolidation
Further to the announcements on 9 March 2020, the completion of the Share Buyback and the Disposal is now expected tomorrow, at which point a further announcement will be made.
As a result, the Share Consolidation is now expected to take place at 6.00 p.m. tomorrow (11 March 2020), with admission of the 34,400,481 New Ordinary Shares of £0.001 to trading on AIM expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 12 March 2020.
