Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy together with a revenue generating engineering consulting division (Engsolve), announces that Ben Brier, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, acquired 6,907,520 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 31 July 2025.
Further to this transaction, Mr Brier is beneficially interested in 13,440,527 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.30% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
