PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control solution provider, was notified on 12 October 2017 that on 11 October 2017 and 12 October 2017, Rodney Potts, Non-Executive Director, purchased an aggregate of 9,162 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 163.43 pence per Ordinary Share.
