Plant Health Care PLC28 August 2007 28 AUGUST 2007 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PLANT HEALTH CARE PLC (THE "COMPANY") STOCK AWARD The Company has carried out its intention, as disclosed in the notice of theCompany's 2007 annual general meeting ("AGM") dated 11 May 2007, to grant toJohn Brady, Chief Executive, 300,000 ordinary shares of the Company under theCompany's 2007 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). The LTIP was approved byshareholders at the Company's AGM held on 8 June 2007. The shares will vest,subject to certain performance conditions, in three equal tranches on 31 January2008, 31 January 2009 and 31 January 2010. The LTIP award became legallyeffective on 27 July 2007.
