AIM Rule 17 Disclosure
In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company announces that it has been informed that David Buckeridge, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed non-executive Chairman of Archimica Cooperatief U.A. on 1 June 2009 and a non-executive director of Icicle Seafoods Inc. and Icicle Holdings Inc. on 3 February 2009. It has also been informed that Jeremy Scudamore, a non-executive director of the Company, resigned as non-executive Chairman of SkyePharma plc on 31 December 2009.
