Awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and the Deferred Share Bonus Plan

SOCO announces that on Friday 8 January 2016, Executive Directors of the Company, Ed Story, Roger Cagle and Cynthia Cagle, were awarded 823,000, 617,350 and 421,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares"), respectively, under the SOCO International plc Long Term Incentive Plan and 487,300, 365,500, and 249,300 Shares, respectively, under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Awards"). On the date of the Awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was £1.4225.
