SOCO announces that on 14 January 2016, Antony Maris, Chief Operating Officer of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), was awarded 240,000 Shares under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("Awards"). On the date of the Awards, the market price of the Shares at the last closing was 132.25p.
