Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
and Connected Persons
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R, the Company announces that on 5 October 2015 it was notified that on the same day in London, Anya Weaving, Chief Financial Officer of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities under the DTRs, exercised 39,013 nil-price Options over SOCO ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares").
The exercise was settled by the Company in cash at 181.75p per Share in accordance with the Rules of the SOCO International plc 2009 Discretionary Share Option Plan. No Shares were acquired or sold.
Following this exercise, Ms Weaving is interested in a total of 953,060 Options/Share Awards.
