Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Closely Associated Persons
The Company was notified on 26 September, that on the same day, Dr Mike Watts, the Co-Head of Business Development of the Company, bought 7,287 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of £1.185 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 9 February 2017.
Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Dr Mike Watts holds 355,061 Shares, representing 0.107% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
