Due to the scheduled maturity of the 4.50 per cent. Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2013 (ISIN: XS0253455330, SEDOL B131802, Nominal USD 47,769,000) of SOCO Finance (Jersey) Limited (the "Issuer"), the Issuer announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange plc and the Financial Conduct Authority to have the Bonds delisted from the Official List and removed from trading on the Professional Securities Market with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 17 June 2013. The Issuer will make a separate announcement once the cancellation takes effect.
