The directors of Praetura Growth VCT plc are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (the "New Offer") of new ordinary shares in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 tax years,
Full details of the New Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published after the current offer closes, which launched on 8 November 2024 and is expected to close on or around 31 October 2025.. A further announcement will be made upon the New Offer's launch.
