ProVen Media VCT PLC28 February 2005 ProVen Media VCT plc28 February 2005 The Board of ProVen Media VCT plc announce that the unaudited net asset value ofthe Company as at 31 January 2005 was 110.4p. This is based on valuing quotedinvestments at mid-market price as at 31 January 2005, discounted, whereappropriate, to reflect lack of liquidity. Unquoted investments made by 31August 2004 were valued in accordance with BVCA guidelines, as at 31 August2004. Unquoted investments made between 1 September 2004 and 31 January 2005are valued at cost. Unquoted investments realised between 1 September 2004 and31 January 2005 have been deducted at their valuation as at 31 August 2004.
