Dividend and Notice of Results
Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, is pleased to announce its first dividend for 2019 of 5.825p per share will be paid on 29 March 2019 to members on the register on 22 February 2019. Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 21 February 2019.
The last day for elections will be on 8 March 2019.
This dividend, the first of four expected to be announced this year, represents a 1.3% increase over the equivalent period last year, reflecting the Company's progressive dividend policy.
The Company will be reporting its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2018 on Tuesday 26th March 2019.

Through technology and select acquisitions, the Company has grown its addressable market from 6m to over 27m UK employees; including 15.6m SME employees targeted via its partnership with Sage, the UK's largest software company.
