The Company announces that Peter Taylor, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, acquired, in aggregate, 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 August 2020 at an average price of 0.722 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Mr Taylor's total beneficial interest in the Company is 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.11 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
