Pathfinder announces that Simon Farrell, non-executive co-chairman, has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Accordingly, resolution five to appoint Mr Farrell as a director will be withdrawn from the Annual General Meeting being held later today. The board thanks Mr Farrell for his contribution to Pathfinder. As announced on 3 June 2019, the board has been identifying and evaluating suitable additional non-executive directors. The board is now in advanced discussions with a prospective new non-executive director whose appointment is subject to customary due diligence. A further announcement will be made in due course.
