Amendment to Share Option Terms
Pathfinder announces that it has extended the expiry date, and amended the exercise price, of share options which were granted to certain Directors and an employee as set out below. The revised exercise price represents a premium of approximately 50 percent to the closing share price on 27 April 2023.
