VTR PLC25 May 2007 VTR plc (the "Company") Additional Listing The Board announces that in consideration for Prime Focus Limited providing aguarantee under a share purchase agreement dated 21 July 2006 in respect of thepurchase by the Company of Clear (Post Production) Limited as announced on 25July 2006, 1,225,000 ordinary shares of 5p each be allotted to Prime FocusLimited. Accordingly, application has been made for the 1,225,000 new ordinary shares tobe admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take placeon 2 June 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
