Notification of Early Closure of Retail Bond Offer Period
Provident Financial plc published Final Terms on 23 March 2015 (the Final Terms) in respect of its proposed issue of sterling denominated 5.125 per cent. Notes due 9 October 2023 under the £2,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Notes).
This announcement confirms that the Offer Period will close at 10:30am (London time) on 1 April 2015 (the Offer Period End Point), such date and time being earlier than the originally scheduled end to the Offer Period which was 12 noon (London time) on 2 April 2015.
Provident Financial plc will release its announcement constituting the Final Terms Confirmation Announcement as referred to in the Final Terms at a time shortly after the Offer Period End Point.
