Interim Management Statement, AGM and Half Year Results

The Interim Management Statement for Premier Foods for the 3 months to 31 March 2010 will be released at 7.00am on Tuesday, 27 April 2010. This will be followed by a conference call for investors and analysts at 8:00am, the details of which are outlined below.

The Annual General Meeting, as previously announced, will take place at 11.00am on Thursday, 20 May 2010 at Insurance Hall, 20 Aldermanbury, London EC2V 7HY.

The results for the half year to 30 June 2010 will be released on Wednesday, 4 August 2010. In light of the short duration of the close period prior to the interim results, Premier will no longer be issuing a pre-close trading update at the end of June.
