Premier Foods plc (the Company)
Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated
The Company announces that, on 27 March 2018, the following PDMRs exercised options to purchase ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company. Each option was granted under the Company's Sharesave Plan and vested on 1 December 2017. The Company received notification of the transactions on 27 March 2018.
