Annual Financial Report

Following the release on 15 February 2011 of Premier's preliminary results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2010, the Company posted its annual report and accounts for 2010 to shareholders on 24 March 2011.

The Company's 2011 AGM will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday 28 April 2011 at

Haberdashers' Hall, 18 West Smithfield, London, EC1A 9HQ.
