Interim Dividend - exchange rate
Petrofac Limited hereby confirms that further to the half year results announcement issued on Wednesday, 28 August 2019, the UK Sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 12.70 US cents per ordinary share will be 10.21 pence per Share, based on an exchange rate of GB£1 = US$1.2427.
The interim dividend will be paid on Friday, 18 October 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on Friday, 20 September 2019.
