Notification of Transactions by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

Pursuant to Market Abuse Regulation 19, the Company hereby notifies that today, David Davies, Non-executive Director purchased 15,651 ordinary shares ("Shares") of US$0.02 each in the Company at 638.8539 pence per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Davies now has a disclosable interest in 16,066 Shares, representing 0.0046 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,912,747 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
