Princess Private Equity Holding Limited: Disclosure according to article 26,

section 1 WpHG (Securities Trading Act)

Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd received the following Voting Rights notifications according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG on 11 July 2013.

On 11 July 2013, CCLA Investment Management Ltd has informed us according to Section 21 para.1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Princess Private Equity Holding Ltd., St. Peter Port Guernsey, Great Britain, have risen above the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on 10 July 2013 and on that day amounted to 5.05% (this corresponds to 3,504,750 Voting Rights). According to Section 22 para. 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.05% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3,504,750 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to:
