Further re: Additional Sterling Quotation

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited (the "Company" or "Princess") announced on 31 August 2017 that it intended to introduce an additional market quote in Sterling (the "Sterling Quote") for its existing ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange alongside the Company's existing Euro market quote (the "Euro Quote").

The Company today announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading in Sterling on the Premium Segment of its Main Market of 69,151,168 ordinary shares. Admission of the Sterling Quote is expected to occur with effect from 8am on 8 September 2017.

As set out below:

· the existing ISIN will apply for both the Euro Quote and the Sterling Quote;

· the existing SEDOL and TIDM will continue to apply for the Euro Quote;

· a new SEDOL and TIDM will be introduced for the Sterling Quote:

All dividends will continue to be declared in Euros and the default currency for dividend payments will remain Euros. However, the Board intends that once the Sterling Quote is effective, dividends will be capable of being received in Sterling by shareholders making a dividend currency election. A further announcement regarding such elections will be made in due course.
