Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises 23,076,924 ordinary shares of 1 pence each.
All ordinary shares have equal voting rights and no ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 23,076,924.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, China Africa under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
