Pennant International Group plc ("Pennant" or "the Company") has been informed today that on 6 June 2014 John Waller, Finance Director, sold 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80 pence per share. This price represents a discount of approximately 10% to the average mid-price of the shares over the past 3 months. As has been previously announced, after many years of loyal service John Waller will be retiring as Finance Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2014.
The Company understands that the shares have been acquired by two new institutional shareholders.
Following the sale of these shares Mr Waller will hold 75,000 shares in the Company.
Commenting Chris Snook, Chief Executive, said " We are delighted John has been able to realise value for his shares ahead of his retirement in December and that we are able to welcome two new institutional shareholders onto the Register which we regard as a strong endorsement of the Company and its strategy".
