Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN) ("Pennant", the "Group" or "Company"), a leading global provider of training technology and integrated product support solutions, announces the passing of its Chairman, John Ponsonby, after a short illness.
Phil Cotton, Non-Executive Director, will be acting Chairman until a permanent appointment is made.
Phil Walker, CEO, said:
"We are shocked and saddened by the news of John's passing. Since his appointment as a director on 1 April 2018 he has provided valuable challenge and insight, it was a pleasure to work with him and he will be much missed. Our thoughts are with his family at this time."
