Offer for Subscription: Closing Date for New Applications
Further to the offer for subscription for B ordinary shares of Pembroke VCT plc (the "Company") that opened on 29 August 2018 (the "Offer"), the board of directors of the Company announces that the Offer will close to new applications at 5.30 pm on Friday 28 June 2019.
