In addition, the Company was today informed that Ian Taylor M.P., Non-ExecutiveDeputy Chairman, has, via his SIPP, purchased 75,000 Petards ordinary shares of1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.89p per share. Following this transaction, IanTaylor's aggregate interest in Ordinary Shares amounts to 5,400,000 OrdinaryShares, representing 0.85 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital.
