Non-Executive Chair Appointment

The Pebble Group, a leading provider of digital commerce, products and related services to the global promotional products industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anne de Kerckhove to the Board of Directors of The Pebble Group as independent Non-Executive Chair with immediate effect.

The appointment marks the conclusion of a comprehensive search and appointment process for a permanent Non-Executive Chair following the Company's announcement on 30 April 2024. Chris Lee will cease to act as Interim Executive Chair with immediate effect and will continue as Chief Executive Officer of the Group.

Anne is a highly accomplished international executive with over 20 years' experience in technology and innovation in the UK and across Europe, leading and scaling fast-growing companies in SaaS, data, media and entertainment and digital commerce. Anne has extensive Executive and Non-Executive experience and is actively involved in promoting women on boards and within the technology industry.

Anne will be Chair of the Nomination Committee and will sit on the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
