The Pebble Group, a provider of products, services and technology to the global promotional products industry announces that it received notification today, that on 31 December 2020 and 4 January 2021:
Richard Law, Chairman of the Company, bought 108,803 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following these transactions, Mr Law's interest in the Company is 304,041 Ordinary Shares representing 0.18% of the Company's total voting rights.
